5 Minute Self Care

“Self care is how you take your power back”

Self care is a very individual thing and there are so many ways in which we can show ourselves some love, care and attention. Life can be really busy sometimes and it can be tricky to navigate all of the various terrains we encounter. 

Finding your balance, feeling grounded, learning to rest - all of these things can take time to establish (especially if you don’t have much spare time in a day). However, it is possible to schedule-in some lovely self care & this can be achieved with just 5 minutes of your day!

You can of course do more than one of these in a day or you could spread them out over the week; whatever works for you best, do that! I’ve found that implementing 3 steps a day has been really rewarding, calming and grounding. 

Remember that it’s all the little steps you take that make big days so be kind to yourself, nourish yourself and love yourself first!
