July ‘Sunshine in my Soul’ Box

Well, Summer is well & truly in full-swing & I’ve been loving spending time with River at the beach ~ there’s something so nourishing & calming about the sea, I could never see us living anywhere else now.
When I planned the monthly subscription boxes at the beginning of the year, I thought lots about the seasons unfolding and what products would best support you in mind, body & soul throughout the months.
The theme changes every month & July’s theme was ‘Sunshine in my Soul’. A collection of sunny products to nurture, nourish & revitalise your beautiful soul through July & beyond! I say it every month and July was no exception ~ I absolutely LOVED making, designing, crafting & sourcing each beautiful product & I am so happy (and immensely grateful), that it SOLD OUT in a week.
As ever, there are 3 ways to get your hands on a monthly box;
• SUBSCRIBE ~ This is a monthly, rolling subscription, the debit for which is taken from your account each month on the same DATE that you subscribed. So, if you for instance subscribe on 15th July, your account will be debited (£20) on the 15th of each subsequent month. Please note that if you subscribe in July, you will receive your first box in August & so on.
• One-Off ‘Taster’ Box ~ This is kind of a “try before you buy” way of dipping your toe in the Subscription Box water before committing (you won’t be disappointed, that’s for gosh darn sure!). Taster Boxes are limited & once they’re gone, they’re gone!
• 3, 6 or 12 Month NourishMe Package ~ This is the most popular way to gift the subscription boxes & you can surprise a loved one with a box of self care loveliness for your chosen amount of time. As with the rolling subscription, the first box will be shipped the month AFTER your first payment. There’s a cheeky discount on the 12 month package & a hand-written postcard will be included if you’re gifting a package.

Sun Salutation Necklace
I have to show you this first! The incredible Amazonite necklace with opal sun charm. Handmade with amazonite beads & the most beautiful opal sun charm, it really is special. All NourishMe Wellness Box jewellery comes in a cotton drawstring bag with moon print.
Each monthly box features at least 1 x A5 print & I loved designed both this & the Summer Bucket List prints. Totally unique to NMWB & created just for the July box ~ you won’t find my designs anywhere else.

Did somebody say “Do What Makes Your Soul Shine” coaster of dreams?!? Oh yeah! I did! Here it is ~ the sunniest, happiness-inducing coaster to bring some sunshine magic to your morning! Getting the day started on the right foot is so imperative when it comes to wellness and consistent good habits can bring about huge change ~ so why not begin your morning with a sunny side up attitude!
SHINE! SHINE! SHINE! Hands-up if you LOVE anything made of clay or if you’ve ever made anything from clay? If you have, you’ll likely concur that it’s such a joy to create & to make something from nothing! Using your hands to craft can be truly cathartic & it’s so good for the soul. The SHINE clay keepsake with peachy boho tassel is a gorgeous reminder to shine in all your magnificence! Do not under any circumstances dim your light for anyone.
Daily Affirmations can be a very good way to nourish your wellbeing. Beginning the morning with a positive thought can set the tone for the day and can be one of the incremental steps that set you on the path for optimum & glowing health and positivity. I created 7 unique designs, one for each day of the week which can be picked at random to help set you on the right path & put a spring in your step!
Did you know that each monthly box includes a pocket-sized ‘Intentions?’ A few lovely self care ideas for the month of July, because we all need a little nudge sometimes (and a gentle reminder that you are your priority).
Each monthly box has a cherry on top in the form of a monthly calendar with space for your important dates & notes & there’s a little message from me to you to too ~ because you’re just so AWESOME! There’s also postcard ~ the prettiest postcard you ever do see that you can place anywhere as your self love prompt!
