Shipping & Returns
Build Your Own, Curated For You & Individuals orders will be shipped the next working day FREE of charge via Royal Mail (Standard 2nd Class Shipping). You can choose to upgrade your shipping when you check out (please see options below).
‘Subscription’ boxes will be shipped towards the end of the month depending on the date you began your subscription.
‘Packages’ will be shipped on the same date each month, in most cases, the same day as the Subscription boxes.
All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail

2nd Class Signed For ~ 1 Day Processing ~ 2-3 Days Delivery* - £2.95
1st Class Signed For ~ 1 Day Processing ~ 1-2 Days Delivery* - £4.95
NourishMe Wellness Box is not currently shipped overseas.
*Please be advised that the above delivery times are approximations and parcels are not strictly guaranteed to arrive within the suggested timeframe. During busy periods, it may take longer so please allow extra time for delivery if you require your items by a certain date.
*Please also note that once ‘Standard Shipping’ orders have been fulfilled and handed over to Royal Mail, I will do everything I can to chase-up late parcels but cannot be responsible for lost post. If you are concerned about parcels arriving, please select one of the ‘Signed For’ options.
If you have not received your parcel within 10-14 working days, please check your local Royal Mail depot as they can sometimes be taken back without any notification.
If your order has been sent back due to non-collection, there will an additional postage charge to re-send.
I will make every endeavour to locate any parcels and to resolve the matter quickly if possible. I have to re-iterate I can’t be responsible for lost post once it has been handed over to Royal Mail, however, it can be taken up with their customer services team.
NourishMe Wellness Box operates a 30-day returns policy. If you make contact past the 30-day cut-off, refunds or exchanges unfortunately cannot be offered.
If you make contact within this time, your order must be in its original packaging and unused and un-tampered with.
NourishMe Wellness Box does not cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
An order confirmation will be required to as evidence of purchase before a refund can be issued.
