My mega babes! Hot Girl Wellness Walk July Edition is coming this coming Saturday & it’s going to be AMAZING! Wander & Waffle is going to be just the tonic you need for these busy summer days, (& it’ll be the perfect way to begin the summer holidays!).
Summer is all about going with the flow, breathing it all in & taking things a bit easier! The Winter months are long, so we are absolutely allowed to bask in the beautiful rays! It’s also sooo great to keep your beautiful body hydrated with lovely electrolytes & I am soooo delighted to tell you that we will be enjoying Punchy drinks on the July HGWW.
I have created the most magical walk which will include a 4km beach stroll, a mini beach meditation (with the waves as our calming soundtrack), plus we’ll be enjoying Punchy electrolyte drinks to quench & hydrate!
The Hot girl Wellness Walk is always such a vibe & I am so proud of all of the new friendships that have been made.
Please note that you can join this walk for free, but it will not include the Punchy Mango drink or the beach meditation.
Please purchase your £5 ticket by Friday (24th July) for the drink & meditation option.
INFORMATION:
We will meet at The Pier at 9am & we will walk to the Old Town & back.
We will go to the beach for the meditation, accessed via Bottle Alley.
The walk will be around 45 minutes in total, at a medium pace.
The meditation will be around 10 minutes in total & there will be time afterwards to relax at the beach if you wish. The walk plus meditation will be around 1 hour.
Please note that the walk is open to all girlies, littlens, buggies. The route is flat & buggy-friendly.
*The walk itself is free, the extras (drinks & meditation) are the chargeable parts of the event, therefore, your safety is your responsibility. Please note, that I have to include this quite direct caveat🙈
