Pilates & Lattes Mini Retreat at Off The Line Vineyard
I am so excited to share that I am taking Pilates & Lattes on the road again to the most STUNNING location. All 6 previous Pilates & Lattes Mini Retreats sold out & they are just too good to not recreate the MAGIC all over again & as summer will be in full swing, we will soaking up all that beautiful Vitamin D & breathing in all the gorgeous fresh air with the vineyard as our backdrop. It’s the perfect way to bring some relaxing, grounding & energising vibes to the early-Summer days & the most gorgeous opportunity for you to take some time out just for you.
Being around like-minded babes, taking some time just for you & moving your body can have such a hugely beneficial impact on overall health & wellbeing & I can’t wait to create some more Pilates & Lattes magic for you!
What’s Included?
I am delighted to be making some DELICIOUS coconut water, lime & mint refreshers to begin with whilst you get settled and say hi to alll the babes!
This will be followed by a 30 minute Pilates session with the amazing Molly Moyse. You will each have your own mat and the session will be suitable for all abilities.
After your Pilates session, I am creating a superfood bowl of yogurt, fruit & granola, which will be accompanied by the most delicious, freshly-made matcha & strawberry iced latte. I am teaming-up with the INCREDIBLE Perfect Ted Energy to create your lattes, and you’ll be treated to their gorgeous cans in your goodie bags too!
It will then be time to wind-down and create some space for your thoughts with a 20 manifestation with me, (Holly). You can then either lay down or sit for this gentle meditation during which you can focus your mind on how to create abundance in your life & clarity which steps you need to take to unlock a long held dream or aspiration.

Tickets: £37.50pp
The mini retreat is 1.5 hours & please wear comfortable clothing. This does not need to be sportswear specifically ~ just what you feel most comfortable in and will allow you to stretch. Please bring your water bottles, mats & a change of clothes if you wish. There will be time after the event to relax at the vineyard, go for a wander, have a glass of wine, read a book; whatever you so desire!
Please advise of any dietary requirements or allergies prior to the event & I will ensure that you have alternative options.
The mini retreat is open to all girlies and all abilities.
All materials for the crystal meditation will be provided.
Please advise of any injuries, we will reiterate this on the day also.
