Summer ~ the season of light & joy & walking barefoot on lush green grass, a time to reap the rewards of all the foundations you’ve so diligently worked so hard on during the first half of the year. It’s your time to SHINE.
After the most beautiful Spring retreat, I am so happy to share my Summer “In Bloom” retreat with you. I am holding this gorgeous event at Rock Body Soul on Sunday 14th July. It’s going to be 2 hours of pure happy vibes, the chance to connect, and the opportunity to tap into the well of beautiful energy within you to ignite your passions and to lift your mind, body & spirit.
Summer Solstice is on 20th June and the Full Buck Moon falls on 21st July; The Mini retreat is a powerful and potent combination of these 2 important days which will allow you to tap into the abundance of your life.
Sometimes, we just need a little time to unplug, relax and sit with our own thoughts, especially as life can pull us in so many different directions. My retreat morning will focus on connected with the rhythm of nature, aligning with your hearts desires and harnessing the energy of Solstice and the full moon to bring harmony, alignment, light & healing to your life.
What’s included:
~ Fresh juice when you arrive.
~ A NourishMe Wellness Box goodie bag (to use as your retreat toolkit and includes a notebook designed by me which we will use for one of the activities). This will also include a wholesome health bar snack or something similar.
~ A mindful meditation that will align and energise you for the morning ahead.
~ A beach-themed full moon circle to set your Summer intentions and note down anything that you wish to cast off.
~ Some time for getting your thoughts on paper and for reflection.
~ An optional mini shoulder massage.
~ An activity to bring peace, focus and alignment.
~ “Fill your glass jar” ~ love notes to yourself to keep in the prettiest jar.
~ A coconut yogurt bowl with fresh fruit.
*Please note that the above might change slightly as I cement my ideas for the retreat. It will be very much along these lines though, with so much love and good vibes the whole way through.
Items to bring with you:
A bottle of water. There will be water available to refill
A yoga mat, or something soft to lay down on the floor. I will also be bringing some soft throws and some cushions for comfort.
Any snacks that you love ~ there will be a healthy bar/snack inside your goodie bag, and a yogurt bowl, but you might like something extra.
